FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Answers You Need

We require your pet to complete an in-person orientation prior to making your first reservation.

The purpose of our orientation process is to evaluate your pet in the kennel environment. This is important because we want your pup to feel comfortable and safe during their stay with us. Our orientation fee is $45. You will receive a Pet Lodge Camper Kit at the completion of your pet passing the evaluation. In the kit you will find a branded Pet Lodge bed pad that is yours to keep and bring with you during your stay. We do not allow large pet beds to accompany your pet during the stay, rather we ask you to include an item from home such as a shirt, blanket, or towel.

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Following your pet’s customary dining schedule and consuming their usual diet is an integral part of a successful boarding experience. Sudden diet changes can cause stomach upsets.
We strongly recommend for your pet’s comfort, that you bring their food from home. Please prepackage and portion each meal if possible. We will keep them on the same feeding schedule that they follow at home. You may also bring snacks for your pet to enjoy during the day
